Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. bacon bits
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 head of cabbage
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Whisk first 5 ingredients together in a small bowl. Slice cabbage into 4 wedges. Drizzle each wedge with lemon juice mixture. Individually wrap each wedge in foil and bake 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!

Everything tastes good with balsamic vinegar...except maybe possum. I think I'd probably skip that one.
