Peanut Butter Balls


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill time: at least 1 hour
Makes: 1-2 dozen

Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
4 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons honey
24 chocolate chips

Directions
Mix protein powder, honey and peanut butter in a medium bowl. 
Roll dough into balls, the more you work with it in your hands, the smoother it becomes. Balls should be smaller than the size of a golf ball.
Push a chocolate chip into the top of each ball.
Chill at least one hour. Remove from fridge just before serving. They are much better cold.
